I'm Certified!

After three months of hard work, I am now officially a certified meditation teacher!! I got my certification from a program called East+West, where my core teachers were Greg Burdulis and Punnu Singh Wassu. I learned more meditations than I could ever hope to teach, and I got fantastic role modeling of what a meditation teacher can and should be.

I’m very grateful for the experience and I can’t wait to bring everything I learned to all of you!
